This project by the studio h4a Architekten is a new example of Münchener Lernhauskonzept, a typically Bavarian concept of understanding the phenomenon of learning and education, which takes into account a wide variety of factors that go beyond academic organisation.
For example, thanks to the curtain walling made with VIGAM, the only oak glulam beam in the world with the CE marking for structural use, the students at Heidemannstrasse secondary school in Munich enjoy great luminosity and a positive relationship with a natural noble material, wood.
